1. Introduction and acceptance
In short: By using Streaminal, you agree to these Terms.
Streaminal (“Streaminal”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a product of TechBridge Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Streaminal service, including the streaminal.com website, the Streaminal dashboard, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, clicking “I agree”, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, and you enter into a legally binding agreement with TechBridge Labs, LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
In short: You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to use our Service.
You may only use the Service if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the full legal authority to agree to these Terms.
- You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to United States embargo or sanctions, and you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service.
If any of these stop being true, you must stop using the Service immediately.
3. Your account
In short: You’re responsible for your account and everything that happens under it.
To use most features of the Service you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at info@techbridgelabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account is for one person or one organization. You may not share your account, sell it, or transfer it to anyone else without our written permission. We may refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
4. The Service
In short: Streaminal broadcasts your uploaded content to third-party platforms 24/7. We depend on those platforms, and we can change features.
Streaminal allows you to upload pre-recorded video and audio content and broadcast it continuously to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and any service that accepts an RTMP or RTMPS stream (“Destination Platforms”). Streams run on our infrastructure.
You acknowledge that:
- The Service relies on Destination Platforms that are operated independently by third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any Destination Platform.
- We cannot guarantee that any Destination Platform will accept, distribute, monetize, or continue to accept your stream, and we are not responsible if a Destination Platform suspends, bans, demonetizes, or otherwise penalizes you or your stream.
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice, subject to the refund rules below.
- Temporary downtime, maintenance windows, and outages are a normal part of operating a streaming service. We do not guarantee any specific uptime unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
5. Your content
In short: You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store it and broadcast it on your behalf.
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the videos, audio, images, overlays, playlists, schedules, and other materials you upload to or create in the Service (“Your Content”). Uploading content to the Service does not transfer ownership to us.
By uploading or creating Your Content, you grant TechBridge Labs, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, adapt for technical delivery, publicly perform, publicly display, and transmit Your Content to the Destination Platforms you configure, solely for the purpose of operating the Service and broadcasting on your behalf.
This license lasts for as long as Your Content is stored in your account. It ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, subject to the retention windows described in our Privacy Policy (for example, cached copies may persist briefly after deletion).
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we will not use Your Content for promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
6. Your responsibility for content and streaming rights
In short: You must have every right to upload and broadcast what you stream — including music rights. If you get a takedown or a strike, that’s on you.
You are solely responsible for Your Content, for the rights to Your Content, and for the right to broadcast Your Content to each Destination Platform you choose. You represent and warrant that, for every piece of Your Content:
- You own it, or you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, releases, consents, and clearances to upload it and to broadcast it through the Service to each Destination Platform.
- The music, sound recordings, and audio tracks in Your Content are licensed for the type of use you are making (including public performance and synchronization, where applicable). Streaminal does not grant any music license and is not a substitute for one.
- Your use of Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral, or other rights of any person, and does not violate any law.
- Your Content complies with the terms of service of each Destination Platform you broadcast to.
You are solely responsible for any claims, strikes, takedowns, bans, fines, or other consequences that arise from Your Content or from your use of any Destination Platform. Streaminal is not a rights-clearance service.
7. Acceptable use
In short: Don’t use Streaminal for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, broadcast, or otherwise make available any content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes the intellectual property of others.
- Depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, or is otherwise child sexual abuse material. We report such material to law enforcement without notice.
- Contains malware, viruses, or code designed to harm any person or system.
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any person or group.
- Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any person.
- Violates the rules or community guidelines of any Destination Platform in a way that exposes us to liability.
You also agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, training data, or model weights from the Service.
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted under your subscription.
- Circumvent rate limits, storage limits, or other technical restrictions.
- Use the Service to train a competing streaming product, AI model, or derivative service.
We may investigate and respond to suspected violations, including by suspending or terminating your account, removing content, and cooperating with law enforcement. Material violations can result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Third-party platforms and credentials
In short: You give us the keys to broadcast to your accounts on YouTube, Twitch, and others. We use them only for that.
To broadcast Your Content to a Destination Platform, you will provide us with stream keys, OAuth tokens, or other credentials. You authorize us to use those credentials solely to operate the Service and broadcast on your behalf.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the credentials you provide are valid and that your use of them complies with each Destination Platform’s terms.
- Maintaining, refreshing, or rotating credentials when required.
- Any actions taken by us in good faith using the credentials you provided.
We will store Destination Platform credentials encrypted and will not use them for any purpose other than operating the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Intellectual property
In short: We own Streaminal. You get a limited right to use it while your subscription is active.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including the Streaminal name, logos, website, software, user interfaces, overlays, templates, documentation, and any related materials — are and remain the exclusive property of TechBridge Labs, LLC and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own streaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms, for as long as your subscription is active. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
- Use the Streaminal name, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
10. Copyright complaints
In short: If you think someone is using your copyrighted work on Streaminal without permission, email us.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@techbridgelabs.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the allegedly infringing content and where it is located on the Service (for example, the stream URL or account).
- Your contact information (name, email, mailing address, phone).
- A statement, made in good faith, that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review complaints and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, disabling access, or suspending or terminating the account of a user who is a repeat infringer. We reserve the right to request additional information and to share your complaint with the account holder involved.
11. Billing, subscriptions, and cancellation
In short: You pay per stream slot, per month. Cancel any time — service runs until the end of your paid period. No refunds.
Subscriptions
The Service is offered on a subscription basis, charged per stream slot per month. Pricing is displayed on streaminal.com at the time you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees, taxes, and any applicable charges. You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up to date.
Trial
New accounts may start with a 24-hour free trial. The trial activates when you choose to start it (not automatically at signup) and gives you full access for 24 hours. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period; your streams continue until that date. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time.
No refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for billing periods in which you stop using the Service, cancel mid-period, or are suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
EU consumers — withdrawal waiver
If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting your trial or subscribing and beginning to use the Service, you expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. To the extent the Service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, you waive your right of withdrawal.
Price changes
We may change our prices with at least 30 days’ prior notice, effective at the start of your next billing period. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your subscription. We may collect and remit taxes where required by law.
12. Suspension and termination
In short: We can suspend or terminate accounts that break the rules or don’t pay. You can cancel any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use section.
- Your payment fails and is not corrected within a reasonable period.
- Your use of the Service creates a material risk to us, other users, or Destination Platforms.
- We are required to do so by law.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you wish, deleting your account from the dashboard.
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Service ends.
- Your streams will stop running (either immediately or at the end of your paid period, depending on the reason for termination).
- Your Content may be deleted after a short grace period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Any sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
13. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and other terms
In short: The Service is provided as-is. Our liability is capped. You agree to defend us against claims caused by your content. Delaware law governs.
